This blog is not open to registration initiated by the user (we have to add you) however anyone can post in the open free speech community which allows microblogging and the ability to start “group” topics which are similar to forum topics but which have no fixed structure (anyone can make a group) and which allow html content instead of bbcode. The decision was made to go this direction because a bunch of termites do not need fixed categories and moderation, with all the politics involved in bulletin boards. You do not have to go through moderation to do things like change your display name and if someone dislikes you they can just make a new group and not invite you.
That said, you are free to contact us and ask to be added as a blog poster, but it’s not an open registration.
