I’m not so certain that Al Gore would have made better policy decisions on Iraq. What makes me skeptical is his choice of VP candidate and the fact that the Ron Paul / Pat Buchanan crowd is actually pretty strong, and Bush had to go against them, but Gore wouldn’t have.
