It appears lawyer Brett Kavanaugh in Bush vs. Gore took the position that every vote should be counted, even if the count takes a while. Because for a while Gore went up. And rightfully so, they counted every vote, and gave it to Bush.
Now he’s flip flopped and is trying to get properly postmarked votes thrown out if they’re not delivered in time. I won’t comment on the fact he’s a likely sex offender, we’ll leave that off topic.
