Here’s what I think. Don’t go third party. Don’t go anonymous. This is for your own good.
You need to start building up allies in one of the two main political parties. BECAUSE, if you get fired, you need people who will stand up for you.
You have to understand, business is ultimately a war between you and corporations. They are at war with you and you have to treat it as a war. And that means you need troops. That’s what I’ve learned. It’s not about sort of a meritocratic advancement based on STEM skills.
