What makes conspiracy theorists unpopular is that they don’t see the political divisions within an ethnic group. They see two members of an ethnicity or race have an argument and accuse the two arguing sides of being in on a conspiracy. They think they have secret knowledge. That they’re the only ones that can see that race exists, or that there are some lobbyists in minority ethnic groups.
