This is what you have to understand about row vs wade. it’s not saying abortion is a right, it’s saying banning abortion would be a privacy violation.
I’ll make an analogy.
You don’t have a “right” to go into a bathroom stall and needle your vein. But on the other hand, they don’t have the right to stop you doing it either by putting cameras in the bathroom.
This is one issue where neither side really knows their ass from a hole in the ground.
