Most people don’t like legislating from the bench. They don’t think Judges should strike down laws that the party out of power doesn’t like. Only flagrant violations of the constitution should be struck down. I’ll give you a hint, Obamacare is not such a violation.
That’s why I’m not set off by this court packing thing. Should Republicans legislate from the bench, there will be consequences if Democrats do well down ballot.
