The Driver’s Seat

: October 12, 2020

If my policies were implemented, straight up, employees would be in the driver’s seat, not employers. That’s what I’m suspicious of regarding Biden. He says not much will change for the rich. A lot should change, the sea saw change change in favor of employees over employers.

Ever since the great recession of 2007, employers have been in the driver’s seat. They’ve been abusive. They terminate people randomly. They ask people to move and relocate and then fire them a little later. I’m not willing to stand for people who don’t want to change that.
