If someone says they never thought a racist thought, I’d actually think them to be unintelligent or dishonest. Anyone who makes value judgements (I like this, I don’t like that) is occasionally going to have a negative impulse.
But you become smarter when you realize that playing the blame game against other races only serves the bosses of society, who want to then mediate and undo any form of rebellion as the peer mediator.
In other words you legitimize the upper echelons of (non-populist) power if you resort to racial blaming.
