I think UBI has to be implemented. Andrew Yang is right. We also need healthcare to be paid by taxes instead of private insurance companies and lower costs.
The reason we need to do this is to stop abusive employers. Because employers could not grab you by the next and basically tell you to stick with them or you won’t have your next meal or doctor’s appointment.
Suddenly employees would show courage that they never showed before.
I understand some people might use it to buy drugs, but I don’t think that should be used to punish the whole society. If they die then they die
We also need to end the idea that being unemployed or leaving a job is a probation violation. That is a recipe for an abusive setting.
